Furnx Home Interiors Pty Ltd (F.H.I) warranty covers defects in manufacturing and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase*, provided the product was used under normal conditions and for the purposes for which it was designed. Our furniture is designed for domestic use only.
Warranty does not include general wear and tear. In the case of a damage or defect due to manufacturing, we may replace or repair the goods, resupply, or fix the problem or provide compensation. It is a requirement of F.H.I to receive a written service report of the manufacturing issues and receive digital images of manufacturing damage before any warranty claims can be processed. All claims must be approved by management.
Repair of any issue by the retailer or customer voids any warranty claim unless approved by management in writing.
The warranty is to the initial purchaser and it is not transferable.
No other warranty, including warranty of merchantability and fitness, for any particular purpose will be made by F.H.I, either expressed or implied.
F.H.I will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from any product defect.
Damage that has occurred during transit by a third party is not covered under this
warranty.
F.H.I will not be liable for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods.
F.H.I shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation other than any refund made under these conditions.
Goods required to be serviced/repaired by F.H.I are to be returned to the place of delivery made by F.H.I or our carriers.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
